Invigorate Your Joints, Relax Your Body

Discover how good it can feel to move all the joints in your body, even if you don't have any joint problems. Slow, relaxed joint movements, combined with easy yoga poses will help you take each joint to its fullest range of motion without strain or effort.

You will move all your joints and bones, to open and release tension, improve circulation, and clear toxins and waste products stored in your tissues. Movements will include sitting on the floor, lying on your back, and some standing poses. Explore how moving all of your joints can be both relaxing and invigorating at the same time!

Class begins with a guided relaxation and gentle breathing practice and ends with another guided relaxation, allowing you to rest deeply and integrate your changes.
