About this class
If you need to de-stress, this is the perfect class! Enjoy a guided awareness to get grounded in your physical body then a coached breathing practice to quiet your mind and calm your nervous system. You will settle in to your own inner stillness and healing capacity.
Registration Deadline: April 18th, 12 pm EST
For this class you will need:
- ability to use and be comfortable with zoom
- a quiet space in your home away from your family and pets
- a towel to prop your head and chair or ottoman to prop your legs
- blanket to cover up with if you like
*Participants should have a reasonable ability to get on and off the floor, including being able to lie on your back. Anyone with significant limited mobility or pain is better served in private yoga sessions.
*This class is not appropriate for anyone who is pregnant at the time of the class or with a history of organ transplant and on immunosupressant medications.
*A medical health form and liability waiver will be required prior to participation in class.
