The Magic Four

Discover the Svaroopa® Yoga difference!

In this 90 min class you will be introduced to yoga’s healing breathing practice and a specific sequence of yoga poses called “The Magic Four," to decompress your whole body and release deeply held tensions. Leave class with more energy, less pain, and a renewed sense of self.

3 dates- Come to one or all classes!

• Saturday, March 25th, 10 am - 11:30 am
• Tuesday, April 11th, 7 pm - 8:30 pm
• Tuesday, May 16th, 7 pm - 8:30 pm

-Registration deadline is 24 hours prior to the start of each class.

-Cost: $25/class 

Svaroopa® Yoga is a therapeutic, non-athletic style of yoga that focuses on support and precise alignments to release core tension, in order to promote multidimensional healing and personal transformation at all levels of one’s being. It revitalizes the body, mind, and spirit.

For this class you will need to bring:

• Something to lie on such as yoga mat or a blanket (these will not be provided)
• A few towels for props
• 2 4-inch yoga blocks if you have them

Disclaimers:

*Participants should have a reasonable ability to get on and off the floor, including being able to lie on your back, roll on your side, and get on your hands and knees.  Anyone with significant limited mobility or pain is better served in private yoga sessions.

*This class is not appropriate for anyone who is pregnant at the time of the class or with a history of organ transplant and on immunosupressant medications.

*A medical health form and liability waiver will be required prior to participation in class.
