About this class
If you need to de-stress, this is the perfect class! Enjoy a guided relaxation to get grounded in your physical body then a coached breathing practice to quiet your mind and calm your nervous system.
When you take even a few minutes to slow down and bring your attention to your body and breath:
- your nervous system starts to settle down, activating your "rest and relaxation" capacity
- you connect your mind and body, becoming more grounded and centered
- you feel calmer and more relaxed

**Zoom link will be sent one hour before class**
For this class you will need:
- ability to use and be comfortable with zoom
- a quiet space in your home away from your family and pets
- a towel to prop your head and chair or ottoman to prop your legs
- blanket to cover up with if you like
*Participants should have a reasonable ability to get on and off the floor, including being able to lie on your back. Anyone with significant limited mobility or pain is better served in private yoga sessions.
*This class is not appropriate for anyone who is pregnant at the time of the class or with a history of organ transplant and on immunosupressant medications.
*A medical health form and liability waiver will be required prior to participation in class.
